Ascendas Firstspace
The Ascendas Firstspace platform is a joint venture between Ascendas, a member of CapitaLand Limited, and Firstspace Realty, an Indian partner with rich experience in industrial real estate in India. We worked with the communications team to create a comprehensive identity guidelines to create synergy between all their corporate and marketing programs.
The central logo was expanded to create individual identities for each of the parks. A typography and color palette was introduced to bring in consistency and standardisation in all the brand extensions.
A standardised approach to the park & corporate communications was created. Complex information such as specifications and location data was visualised to enable quick and easy comprehension of the data.
We also designed and deployed the corporate website which serves as the primary marketing platform for the brand
A comprehensive signage system for the parks was also developed that extends the brand identity within the physical environment.
